The Landrace Blend is a unique coffee born from Hacienda La Esmeralda’s commitment to discovery and innovation. This blend originates from El Velo, the newest of the Peterson family’s farms, established in 2012. The farm is neatly organised into rows dedicated to specific coffee varieties, including the famed Geisha, exotic types like Laurina, Pacamara, and SL-34, and over 400 other coffee accessions. These accessions are part of a long-term exploration of cup quality, disease resistance, and viability. Each year, the top-performing accessions are blended to create the Landrace Blend, showcasing the exceptional results of this pioneering research.

With delicate floral fragrances, a gentle acidity, a candy-like sweetness, and a smooth finish of hazelnut and chocolate, this coffee offers a balanced and refined experience.
