Gladys Erazo - Red Bourbon
Cutanapamba is a small farm in Loja, Ecuador, where coffee and beekeeping go hand in hand. Gladys Erazo has been growing Bourbon and Typica here for 20 years, working with APECAEL to produce organic fertilisers and improve quality.
Coffee isn’t her main livelihood - her beekeeping takes her deep into the cloud forest, where diverse flowers shape the flavour of her honey. That same biodiversity influences her coffee, grown under shade and nourished by a river from Podocarpus National Park.
This lot is fully washed, with careful cherry selection, an 18-hour fermentation, and slow drying on African beds. The result is a clean, well-structured cup with depth and clarity.
