Nestled within India’s Western Ghats, a renowned biodiversity hotspot, the estate has been sustainably managed by the Uday family for over 200 years, now under the care of seventh-generation farmer Swaroop Balakrishna Uday. Here, Arabica Chandragiri beans are shade-grown under native trees, handpicked, and sun-dried, preserving both flavour and ecosystem health.
Using a meticulous washed process, only the ripest cherries are pulped, fermented, and washed to create an exceptionally clean and bright cup.
